This 1-room apartment consists of a large living room divided in two parts with a wardrobe, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a small private yard with a place for a car. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there: kitchen utensils (sauce-pans, frying pans, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, a corkscrew, a tin-opener and so on), bed-linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, an iron. It has a TV-set and a fridge. There is a gas water heater so hot water is available round-the-clock. The furniture: two single beds, two arm-chairs, a table, a folding sofa, a wardrobe. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
